All rides are charged at a base rate ($80)* + mileage ($1.75/mile)+ weight class.

*The base rate covers travel up to 55 miles from our base to the designated pick-up location

Please note:

• All prices quoted are for scheduled “one way” trips only. Please indicate if you desire a round trip.

• Oxygen and active heat are only administered based on the urgent/critical need of the animal.

• Payment is due in full in advance of service. Bookings will be confirmed once payment is received.

• We understand that life happens and plans can change. If need be, cancellations must be made at least 24 business hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 business hours’ notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and offer the best possible service to all our clients.

• We retain the right to refuse service to any individual or group at our discretion, particularly in cases of inappropriate behavior, violation of policies, or any actions deemed disruptive or harmful to the safety and comfort of others. This policy ensures a respectful and welcoming environment for all patrons.
